Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is a regenerative method that has been applied since ancient times, and it has retained its popularity to this day. It’s a procedure where a cocktail of revitalizing ingredients is injected into the middle layer of the skin to achieve radiance, hydration, and facial freshness.
Treatment
Using fine mesotherapy needles, active ingredients like peptides, vitamins, enzymes, non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, and antioxidants are introduced into the skin. This provides the skin exactly what it needs right where it can be best utilized. It’s one of the aesthetic methods that can be applied for deep hydration, anti-aging prevention, and also if you’re unsatisfied with the appearance of your skin due to it being dull, lacking radiance, and having visible fine wrinkles. The treatment improves blood circulation in the region where it is applied, which combined with the effects of the mesotherapy preparation quickly leads to increased elasticity, improved tone, radiance, and a healthier, younger appearance. It can be very successfully combined with other rejuvenation methods. The treatment is performed by first applying anesthetic cream, then disinfecting the face, followed by small injections using various techniques to distribute the preparation to the face, neck, or décolleté. After several mesotherapy treatments, depending on the protocol, the skin looks fresher, more radiant, and has better tone. In our center, we offer a wide range of mesotherapy products. We use products from reputable manufacturers such as Dermaheal, Filorga, Cytocare, and Ameson Mesotech Juliette Armand, selecting the appropriate product based on skin issues and desired results.
Candidates
It’s recommended to start mesotherapy in the late twenties when the skin begins to lose moisture. You are a good candidate for mesotherapy if you’re seeking facial rejuvenation, wish to reduce superficial wrinkles and smoothen the skin, hydrate it from within, and achieve facial radiance.
Results
Results after mesotherapy can be seen within a few days, while the full result can be observed over the next month or two, depending on the mesotherapy protocol. Typically, between 3 and 6 mesotherapy sessions are conducted. To maintain the obtained results, it’s recommended to undergo maintenance treatments, but at longer intervals, for example, every few months.
Recovery
After the treatment, one might experience mild redness, sensitivity, and minor bruising, all of which subside within a few days. Mesotherapy preparations are isotonic, with neutral pH and hypoallergenic, so they do not cause adverse skin reactions. It’s advised to avoid exposure to strong sunlight, visits to pools, saunas, and gyms for several days after the treatment and to always apply sun protection.
