Polynucleotide Regeneration

A new concept of regenerative medicine in three phases: skin repair, cellular renewal, and tissue regeneration on the face and body. An innovative treatment based on a polynucleotide product that effectively repairs skin damage and guarantees optimal performance!

Treatment

Plenhyage is an innovative product containing polideoxyribonucleotides (PDRN) that possess several properties: tissue restoration, anti-ischemic, and anti-inflammatory effects. These therapeutic properties suggest its use in regenerative medicine and even in some medical conditions. Polynucleotide chains not only attract water molecules but also combat free radicals that accumulate after stress, cellular damage, or external factors such as UV rays. Their hydrating action and free radical-fighting effect help create optimal conditions for fibroblast growth, facilitating skin elasticity restoration. Plenhyage XL is derived from DNA taken from salmon, which after high-temperature purification, has a pure active ingredient > 95%. Polynucleotides are used on various parts of the face, neck, and body. They are applied using tiny needles, similar to PRP and mesotherapy.

The effects include:

  • Instant skin hydration
  • Prolonged skin rejuvenation
  • Improved skin firmness and texture
  • Increased skin elasticity
  • Reduction of minor wrinkles and skin atrophy reduction

Candidates

We use Plenhyage polynucleotides in individuals where we aim to achieve:

  • Accelerated tissue regeneration
  • Enhanced skin firmness and hydration
  • Improved cellular metabolism
  • Temporary filler for correcting shallow skin damage and lip contouring
  • Skin preparation for various aesthetic medicine procedures
  • Rejuvenation of the skin in different areas

Results

Excellent tolerability, guaranteed safety, and a high concentration of polynucleotides provide immediately visible results. For younger individuals, it is recommended to undergo 2 to 3 treatments spaced a month apart, while older individuals should have 3 to 4 treatments for the full effect.

Recovery

After polynucleotide application, one can expect bruising, redness, and slight swelling at the injection sites, which fade within a few days. Since proteins and peptides are inactivated during the purification process, they do not provoke any immune reactions. It’s advised to avoid strong sunlight for several days after the treatment and to use a high sun protection factor.
