HIFU lifting

HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is a revolutionary new technology used for non-invasive rejuvenation and lifting of the face, neck, and cleavage, as well as for the reduction of localized fat deposits.
Controlled, precise heating of the tissue makes this treatment safe and natural. The passage of focused ultrasound through the skin creates thermal damage to the SMAS layer and the muscle aponeurosis, leading to the reorganization of collagen and elastin structures.

That’s why it’s often called SMAS lifting. The SMAS layer is a thin muscle sheath composed of muscle and connective fibers. It behaves as a unified entity and provides support to skin structures. Its deterioration leads to a “collapsed” skin appearance. As we age, the elasticity of the SMAS layer diminishes, resulting in wrinkles and sagging skin.

hifu lifting

HIFU lifting is ideal for anyone with sagging skin and wrinkles who wants a non-invasive treatment and longer-lasting results.
Excellent results are also achieved in fat reduction and cellulite treatments.

Treatment

After cleaning the skin, we apply an ultrasound gel to the area we want to treat. During the treatment, a tingling and prickling sensation is felt as the energy focuses on a specific target depth. This results in a rapid increase in heat up to 60°C and the creation of thermal lesions, which in turn leads to natural recovery with the formation of new connective fibers.

A special applicator used for the body focuses on adipose tissue, causing a lipolysis effect and forming connective tissue. Thus, it’s used for treatments targeting fat reduction and cellulite. The treatment lasts between 30 – 60 minutes, depending on the treated area.

Candidates

People over the age of 30 who notice signs of skin aging in the form of reduced tone, sagging, wrinkles, and those with localized excess fat are suitable candidates. The treatment is contraindicated for individuals with metal implants, recently applied dermal fillers and meso threads, pregnant women, people with malignant diseases, epilepsy, acute inflammations, and skin diseases in the treated area.

Results

Results are visible immediately after the treatment in the form of tightened skin and reduced wrinkles. The final outcome is achieved after 2-3 months and improves over time.
It’s recommended to have 3 treatments spaced 2-3 weeks apart.

Recovery

The treatment does not require recovery time, and you can return to your daily activities immediately. For the first few days, you may feel a deep tightening sensation of the skin and slight numbness. This usually subsides within 4-5 days. Anti-inflammatory drugs should not be taken 2 days before and after the treatment, as they will affect the positive inflammatory process we induce with the treatment for natural regeneration.
